Wood Machinist Location: Stoke‑on‑Trent Employment Type: Full‑time, Permanent We’re looking for an experienced Wood Machinist to join our clients manufacturing team. You’ll be responsible for setting, operating, and maintaining a range of woodworking machinery to produce high‑quality components for our production lines. Key Responsibilities • Set up and operate woodworking machines including CNC routers, spindle moulders, planers, saws, and sanders • Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists • Carry out quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency • Perform routine machine maintenance and report any faults • Work safely and follow all company procedures and H&S guidelines • Support production targets and collaborate with the wider workshop team Skills & Experience • Previous experience as a wood machinist or similar workshop role • Strong understanding of timber, sheet materials, and machining processes • Ability to work to tight tolerances • Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail • CNC experience is an advantage but not essential IND1...
