What the role covers
* Running real estate and development finance transactions from term sheet to completion
* Working with external counsel on facility agreements, security packages and ancillary documents
* Giving clear, commercial advice that balances risk with delivery
* Supporting ad hoc lending matters across the wider portfolio
* Working with Technology to streamline processes and digitise legal workflows
* Helping create self-serve tools, smarter templates and automated document
* Playing a part in the bank’s adoption of AI and other digital tools
* Contributing to playbooks and knowledge across the legal function
