Role Profile – Renewables Admin Support
Location: Norwich (Hybrid considered)
Reports to: Renewables Manager
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Purpose
Provide day-to-day admin support to the Renewables team, helping projects run smoothly and giving you the chance to grow into more responsibility as the team expands.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and maintain property packs for installations.
* Schedule surveys and installs; confirm appointments with residents and engineers.
* Order and track materials to meet project timelines.
* Keep supplier/client portals and onboarding documents up to date.
* File certificates and compliance documents accurately.
* Assist with general office admin and occasional social media updates.
What We're Looking For
* Strong organisation and time management skills.
* Confident with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams).
* Good communicator – clear, friendly and professional.
* Basic understanding of electrical/renewables work (or willingness to learn).
* MCS knowledge is a bonus, not essential.
