The main goal of this role is to promote our sports and mentoring programmes through engaging marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives. The Marketing Administrator will assist in creating and managing marketing content, coordinating campaigns, and analysing performance results. Key Responsibilities Identify and understand target audiences to promote our programmes effectively. Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for upcoming events. Create engaging and innovative content for digital and print platforms. Support sponsorship outreach and partnership development. Manage promotional activities and brand communication. Use analytical tools to track and evaluate campaign performance. Strengthen relationships with brand representatives, partners, and the community. Skills and Requirements Background in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. Previous experience in marketing, digital media, or event promotion is desirable.
