Your new role
As Executive Assistant, you will provide high‑level administrative and organisational support to the Executive Team, enabling leaders to operate efficiently across a fast‑paced, innovative pharmaceutical environment.
Executive Support
1. Provide day‑to‑day support to senior executives, including diary management, inbox oversight and preparation of briefing materials
2. Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring leaders are fully prepared with the right information and agendas.
3. Manage travel arrangements, itineraries and logistical planning for domestic and international business requirements
Operational & Administrative Duties
4. Prepare high‑quality documents, reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
5. Support coordination of leadership activities and cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met
6. Handle sensitive and confidential information in line withpany standards
7. Ensure the executive office operates efficiently, identifying opportunities for process improvements
8. Act as a key point of contact between the Executive Team and internal/external stakeholders.
9. Draftmunications, meeting summaries and follow‑up actions when required
Project & Strategy Support
10. Assist with project tracking, status reporting and organisation of strategic planning sessions
11. Contribute to continuous improvement activities that support thepany's mission to deliver high‑quality medicines efficiently and innovatively
What you'll need to succeed
Essential
12. Prior EA/PA experience supporting senior leadership or executives
13. Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills
14. Strong verbal and writtenmunication abilities
15. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
16. High level of discretion, professionalism and emotional intelligence
17. Proficiency with MS Office and business systems
Desirable
18. Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences sectors
19. Ability to operate in a global, matrixed organisation
