Who You Are We are looking for experienced social workers dedicated to safeguarding children. You are someone who takes responsibility for holding a caseload of children under Child Protection plans, pre-proceedings, and Care proceedings. You are committed to working with children and families to achieve case closures or looked after permanence. What the Job Involves As part of our locality safeguarding teams, you will be responsible for managing a caseload focused on child protection and care proceedings. You'll work collaboratively within a stable, supportive team and with committed managers. Flexible work arrangements are encouraged, with typically one or two days spent in our offices in Worcester or the Pershore Civic Centre.
