* Proven experience in customer service within a busy office environment (essential)
* Strong background in handling complaints and resolving issues
* Experience processing orders over the phone
* Adaptable and comfortable working with multiple products/services
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to location)
