Brand Manager (Maternity Cover – Part-Time, 3 Days per Week)

We're looking for a Brand Manager to join y on a maternity cover contract (part-time, 3 days a week). This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and organised marketer to step into a hands-on role and make an impact across multiple brands and channels.
As Brand Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering campaigns that build awareness, strengthen our brand presence, and support business growth. You'll work closely with the Brand Marketing Lead, manage a direct report, and collaborate across teams to bring campaigns to life — from concept through to execution.
What you'll be doing:
1. Support the delivery of brand campaigns across multiple channels (events, sponsorships, digital, and print).
2. Ensure brand messaging is consistent, compliant, and fit for purpose.
3. Manage supplier and ambassador relationships, ensuring contracts are optimised.
4. Line manage and support the development of a direct report.
5. Oversee campaign performance reporting and provide insights for future planning.
6. Own the annual review of marketing collateral to ensure brand standards are met.
