The Angle House Edgware Team is looking for a professional and welcoming Dental Receptionist to be the face of our practice. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression, ensuring every patient feels supported from the moment they walk through our doors or pick up the phone.
The Role
We are looking for a dedicated professional who wants to be a key part of the Angle House success story. Our clinicians and nurses rely on our Receptionists to manage the heartbeat of the practice, balancing administrative excellence with fantastic customer service.
In this role, you'll manage the front-of-house experience: greeting patients, coordinating busy schedules, and ensuring the patient journey is seamless and stress-free.
This role is for a fixed-term contract of 12 months to cover maternity leave. The role full-time, 40 hours a week. There will be one late shift a week until 19:00 and one Saturday shift a month. There is no on-site parking.

Your Main Duties
* Greet patients warmly, manage the check-in process, and provide a helpful point of contact for all queries.
* Supporting the Practice Manager and Dental Nurses with the smooth running of the practice operations in line with our values, mission statement, and procedures - be a true host
* Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, reminders, and patient flow.
* Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries with a high level of professionalism.
* Maintain accurate patient records and manage daily cashing up and banking procedures.
