What you will do:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families to determine needs and appropriate interventions.
* Develop effective Child Protection plans and manage cases with Children in Need to ensure their safety and well-being.
* Work collaboratively with families, carers, and other professionals to support and achieve the best outcomes for children.
* Regularly review cases and adapt plans in response to changes and new developments.
* Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings to work in synergy with partners.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with legal and organisational requirements.
