QA Assistant – Hertfordshire – Medical Device
About the Company:
We are looking for a quality administrator or science and/or engineering graduate with excellent organisation and communication skills to join an established and expanding company in Hertfordshire.
Responsibilities:
* Support investigations into quality issues, managing communications and providing timely status updates.
* Maintain and enhance Quality Management Systems (QMS) to meet accredited standards and regulatory requirements.
* Coordinate Health & Safety, CSR, and other quality-related training activities.
* Manage document control, supplier documentation, and data integrity within internal databases.
* Ensure accurate record-keeping and support audits or compliance reviews.
* Foster strong collaboration across internal teams, contributing to a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* A degree in Science or Engineering (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering) or equivalent experience.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the confidence to engage across departments.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to prioritise effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* A proactive mindset with a passion for quality and continuous learning.
