Off the back of a string of successful planning applications, they're launching three new developments this spring and need to strengthen their technical team to keep pace with growth. You'll be mentored by an industry veteran, given the tools to build a strong foundation, and be perfectly positioned to step into a senior role when the time comes. The Role You'll be getting involved across live residential developments, working on highways and drainage design and playing a key role in progressing Section 278 and Section 38 agreements. Day to day you'll be collaborating with consultants, local authorities, and the wider technical team to keep projects moving forward.
