Job Title Site Security Officer | Location High Wycombe (HP12 3QS) Shift pattern: Mon – Fri, Week 1 - 6:30am-13:30pm then Week 2 - 13:00pm-20:00pm So what’s it all about? As our next Site Security Officer, you will thrive on being a proactive individual with an eye for detail. You will take pleasure in taking charge of the offices and ensuring smooth operations. This role goes beyond traditional security duties — you will be the key figure in maintaining a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all visitors. This role is not your typical 9 to 5 job each day brings different challenges — from conducting safety checks and overseeing fire drills to managing permit checks and liaising with contractors. You will be the point of contact for all site-related matters, engaging with individuals at every level, from cleaners to the CEO. This role is essential for upholding the safety and functionality of the offices for all staff and tenants. You will be proactive and detail-oriented and will relish the opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running and safety of our offices.
