1. Blended Payroll and HR role providing resilience across both functions
2. Supports accurate,pliant payroll delivery alongside high-quality HR administration

HR Administration & Coordination
4. Manage HR inbox queries and provide first-line employee and manager support
5. Maintain accurate HR system and employee records (MyHR/XCD)
6. Support the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, changes, absence, and family leave
7. Assist with onboarding, recruitment administration, reporting, and ad-hoc projects
Payroll Responsibilities
8. Support end-to-end UK payroll processing
9. Administer statutory payments, pensions, RTI, and BACS
10. Prepare payroll reports, journals, and year-end activities (P60s, P11Ds)
11. Respond to payroll queries and support continuous improvement
Key Requirements
12. End-to-end UK payroll experience and strong Excel skills
13. Knowledge of UK payroll legislation and pension auto-enrolment
14. Proven HR administration experience; CIPD or CIPP part-qualified desirable
