This role is with abtec Managed IT, an IT Managed Service Provider serving schools and academy trusts. Salary is £35k-£40k depending on experience. Pay ranges are provided by the employer; your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
What you'll be doing
* Looking after single schools and small academy trusts and managing the ongoing relationships
* Managing renewals and keeping administration on track
* Having discussions that identify opportunities to help schools do more with less stress
* Working with the technical team to turn opportunities into quotes
* Being the primary point of contact clients want to hear from

* You've done account management, client success, or a similar role
* You can spot opportunities without being pushy
* Comfortable chatting with IT managers to CFOs
* You're comfortable asking questions to ensure accuracy
* Not overly technical, but comfortable with technology
