Role Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled IT PMO Analyst with at least 2 years’ experience to support our important projects within Infrastructure, Cyber Security and Business Technology. You will quickly become an integral part of the team, improving the service provided by Broadstone.
Responsibilities
* Tracking project schedules, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies, maintaining documentation in the process.
* Preparing regular reports, dashboards and summaries, identifying trends.
* Ensuring compliance with PMO standards, methodologies and reporting requirements.
* Maintaining project management tools and systems e.g., MS Project, Planner, etc.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in project management.
* Strong understanding of project management office processes and tools.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or related field.
* PMP, CAPM or PRINCE2 Foundation preferred.
