Main duties of the job
As a newly qualified Registered Nurse, you will be automatically enrolled onto our Preceptorship Academy—a 12‑month programme of expert support, training and supervision designed to help you apply your academic knowledge in real‑life situations. You will work 37.5 hours per week in 12‑hour shifts at Bere Clinic in Waterlooville.
Your primary role will be to support young people aged 12‑18 with eating disorders, providing high‑quality nursing care, participating in the multidisciplinary team, and engaging with the onsite school that delivers educational services to those in our care.
You will be developed to grow into a confident, autonomous professional, refining your skills, values and behaviours while helping to change the lives of others.
