The Role....
We are looking for outgoing, enthusiastic, and friendly individuals to join The View Hotel team to support a busy festive season.
The upcoming event will take place on Thursday, 9th October, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

We are recruiting for Kitchen Porters and Food & Beverage Servers on a fixed-term contract, with availability required for at least 16 hours per week from 14th November 2025 to 15th January 2026. A commitment to working evenings and weekends in December is essential.
Requirements:
* Must be 18 years or older (due to bar work for servers).
* Eligible to work in the UK.
* Able to work in a fun, fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
* Committed to delivering outstanding customer service and creating magical memories for guests.
Role Responsibilities:
Food & Beverage Servers:
* Support all Christmas functions, including setup, service, customer interaction, bar service, and clear-down of event rooms and function bars.
* Ensure guests enjoy a festive, first-class dining experience.
Kitchen Porters:
* Maintain high cleaning standards in the kitchen, using industrial cleaning equipment.
* Manage levels of serving equipment and support kitchen operations efficiently.
Salary & Contract:
* Salary: £ per hour
* Fixed-term contract: 14th November 2025 – 15th January 2026

What do we need from you?
* Food and Beverage experience isn't essential for this role, but to be successful, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards
* You’ll have strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
* An ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent service to guest, being agile in your ability to support colleagues across the hotel
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organised dining area
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
