Overview of the role is detailed below: * Client correspondence, written and verbal. * Processing new business. * Preparation of client review packs. * Arranging client meetings and managing the Adviser’s diary. * Illustration requests. * Ensure that all financial planning client administration is carried out in accordance with internal procedures. * Maintain client records on the company software and ensure the client files are well presented, accurate and compliant. * Taking phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them where appropriate. * General back-office support using IO software Benefits of joining the business: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Day off for your Birthday, Annual salary revi...
