Our client is looking for someone with experience of property maintenance and customer service to be liaising tenants and workforce on site, whilst works are being completed. Key responsibilities will include: Acting as the main point of contact for residents regarding access issues and general enquiries relating to the works. Scheduling appointments with residents based on dates provided by the Site Manager. Updating trackers and programmes with confirmed appointments, access arrangements, and any issues encountered.
