About the role
We have an opportunity for a permanent Finance MI Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis GI team based in our Tiddington office in Stratford-Upon-Avon.
We provide financial data, insight and support to senior management across the GI business which helps us to identify trends and make well informed decisions.
With a focus on producing monthly reports, you will ensure that processes and controls are in place to maintain a robust reporting environment. You’ll be collating and analysing financial information and presenting your findings in an engaging way to a non-technical audience.
It’s important that you can tell the “story” behind the numbers, and with the support of the team you will be asking questions and digging into the data and investigating anomalies.
We try to anticipate change, minimise risks, and to produce accurate business plans and forecasts.

About you
You use your excellent analysis skills to produce insightful commentary on financial data. With experience working in data analysis/MI, you will be comfortable working balancing multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
A confident communicator, you will have the ability to adapt your style to suit different audiences, and you’ll have experience explaining complex technical points to a non-technical audience.
You’ll have an inquisitive and structured approach to problem solving and experience exploring data trends to understand what lies behind the numbers.
To join our team, you’ll also have:
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Strong Excel and technical skills (especially spreadsheet and data manipulation)
* Knowledge of Power BI and databases (desirable but not essential)
* Part of fully qualified CIMA or ACCA, or a desire to gain these qualifications.
