Graduate Building SurveyorYork / North Yorkshire£28,000 - £34,000 + Extensive Benefits PackageAn exceptional opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Graduate Building Surveyor to join a high-profile property organisation with a diverse and prestigious portfolio across the York and North Yorkshire region.This role offers exposure to a varied mix of commercial, leisure, retail, residential, and light industrial properties - including a number of heritage and listed buildings. It represents a rare opportunity for a graduate surveyor to gain hands-on experience within a highly respected property team while building a strong foundation towards APC progression and chartership.Working alongside an experienced team of chartered surveyors and property professionals, you will play a key role in delivering projects across a significant property portfolio.
