So here we are, getting her just that……
Small boutique in Hyde, one I’ve had the pleasure of working with now for 5 years and my first hire is still there and progressed through the business.
Everyone loves it, it’s a proper buzz, MD is a real grafter, in before everyone, working alongside her team to build an empire. So what she wants is the same attitude and appetite in her new Administrator, someone who works hard, loves being in a small team, pulling together with the same goal in mind.
It’s busy, it’s fast paced, some days are nonstop, but who wants a job where you’re clock watching?!
Role will consist of complex order processing, supplier administration, system management and building relationships with clients and suppliers. An order may come in last minute and they need it yesterday, sometimes it’s all hands on deck to get it processed and sent out on the next schedule so deadlines are met.
The person that gets this job will be someone who has experience under their belt, ideally order processing knowledge but not a must, but someone that has that mega work ethic, not shooting out the door at 5pm if fires need putting out.
