PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Pivotal role supporting the team in building the strategy and driving the growth and acceleration of online sales in the UK market across Dior’s online retailers. Primarily responsible for the account management of Dior’s E-Retail accounts (John Lewis, The Perfume Shop, The Fragrance Shop & Sephora), this role ensures the timely and on-brand execution of all online activations and new product launches. Building relationships and partnering closely with E-Retail counterparts is critical to negotiating best-in-class trade marketing plans to maximise visibility and traffic during key periods and always-on-top merchandising. Manage one direct report and report directly to the Head of E-Business.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Deliver exceptional client service to Dior’s E-Retail partners, through clear written and verbal communications, driving the E-Retail strategy and trade plan to deliver strong sales growth.
2. Manage the day-to-day relationship with select E-Retailers and their digital teams.
3. Lead strategy presentations and proactive follow-ups from retailer meetings and retailer requests, including the appropriate stakeholders and decision-makers in the communications; elevate internally as needed.
4. Manage and oversee the product launch calendar and project manage the timely delivery of all new product launches, campaigns, and site merchandising assets to each key account.
5. Plan the strategy per retailer account and key franchises, including sales forecast in collaboration with commercial teams.
6. Manage the implementation of the E-Retail strategy according to the plan and recommend ongoing optimisations to enhance brand user experience.
7. Manage and oversee the forecasting and track the timely set-up of planned sample & GWP programmes/initiatives, partnering closely with marketing, allocation teams & the relevant commercial manager to ensure allocations are planned, approved, and shipped according to plan each month.
8. Routine audits for best-in-class competitive examples within the retailer environment.
9. Prepare weekly, monthly, and year-to-date retailer sales report, analyse performance vs targets, and propose corrective actions. Reconcile overall numbers with NPD panel data to align the view by product and the view by retailer.
10. Weekly monthly analysis per retailer against targets with proposed corrective actions to achieve goals.
11. Manage budget for responsible accounts as well as overall total e-retailers.
12. Manage and develop one direct report who will support administrative tasks of the role.

13. Minimum 3 years’ brand side or commercial experience in Online National Account Management (e-retail) / digital marketing / or previous experience working with UK Retailers
