Venues include restaurants, stadiums, and events. Experience in event catering is preferred.
You should be comfortable entering new venues and starting work immediately.
Minimum of 4 years' experience as a chef required.
Experience managing kitchens at events is a plus. We are also seeking lead chefs.
You may be catering for large teams of chefs.
Responsibilities include all standard kitchen duties, health & safety, and due diligence.
Agency work still requires full commitment to your duties.

Pay varies depending on the client and role, approximately £14-£22 per hour.

Requirements:
* Valid Food Safety Level 2 & Food Allergens certificates (can be provided)
* NVQ Level 1, 2, 3 Professional Cookery or equivalent, or relevant experience
* Team player
* Enthusiastic and eager to work hard
* Eligible to work in the UK
Responsibilities include:
* Cooking according to specifications and creating menus
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
* Product delivery, standards, and innovation
* Liaising with front-of-house staff and management
* Stock control, waste management, and finance
* Health & safety, food hygiene, and maintenance
* Adhering to legislation such as COSHH
