Person Specification Education, Training, Qualifications Essential • 1st Level NMC Registration • Advanced clinical Practitioner Masters Degree • Evidence of continuous learning and professional development • Significant recent experience in General Practice and primary care • Experienced and competencies in the management of Long term Conditions • Responsible for and Evidence of Completed Clinical Audit • Experience of line managing other nurses • Excellent commination skills, verbal and written • Understands legislation and government initiatives particularly in relation to Primary Healthcare and Nursing • Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team • Experience of leading on the delivery of QOF in General Practice Desirable • Level 3 Reproductive Health (ENB 901 / 8103) or equivalen
