The role: As a Primary Teacher in an SEND setting, you will: Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs Support pupils with EHCPs and personalised learning programmes Create a structured, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and SENCOs Monitor progress and support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development We are looking for teachers who: Hold QTS/QTLS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification Have experience in primary education and/or SEND settings Are patient, resilient, and passionate about inclusive education Have strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills Hold (or are willing to apply for) an enhanced DBS check and suitable references Why work with Tradewind?
