What You’ll Do:
•Provide tailored support to meet the individual learning needs of students;
•Assist with the educational, social, and physical needs of assigned students;
•Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to enhance student progress;
•Help create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
What we’re looking for:
•A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development;
•Experience working with children, ideally in an educational or SEND setting;
•A flexible, proactive team player with excellent communication skills;
•Relevant qualifications or a willingness to undertake training.
