We're offering a unique young apprenticeship opportunity designed to inspire and support the next generation in sports coaching. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and motivated to learn new skills, reliable, punctual and committed to personal growth. Willing to take direction and be open to feedback.
Responsibilities
* Plan sports coaching sessions - design structured, engaging training.
* Deliver sports coaching sessions - gain experience leading activities and supporting participant development.
* Review sports coaching sessions - reflect on delivery and improve your coaching practice.
* Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and a positive attitude among all participants.
* Maintain a safe training environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.

* Secondary education completed.
* Computer literate and confident with technology.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Organised, enthusiastic and positive.
