Teaching Assistant
Location: Hyde, Greater Manchester
Position Type: Full-time, Temporary (Starting Novemeber)
Salary Range: 85- 95 per day
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality educational experiences for students.
* Assist with the implementation of lesson plans and educational activities.
* Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and valued.
* Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
* Support students with special educational needs or additional learning needs, as required.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents to support student progress and well-being.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Hold a Level L1 or higher in a Teaching Assistant qualification.
* Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
