Passion to lead a dynamic team with a strong customer centric focus on homeless prevention and creative rehousing solutions is a must. Therefore you will need to take a positive approach to change management. As the operational service manager of a customer facing, frontline team based in the Bedford Borough Hub in the town centre, it is expected that you will be office based to lead the team for the majority of the time.
