Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the day-to-day management of a mixed commercial property portfolio, including multi-let industrial units.

3. Manage and monitor business rates and utilities, identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies
4. Ensure full compliance with relevant property legislation and regulatory requirements
