About the UK Regional Sales Lead role:
This is a senior roles reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer.
We’re looking for someone based in the UK who’s genuinely excited about the future of aviation and wants to play a part in shaping it.
This role sits at the intersection of relationship-building, problem-solving, and commercial delivery.
You’ll be responsible for bringing new organisations across the aviation ecosystem onto the OneReg platform; from airports and airlines to ground handlers and broader aviation stakeholders - helping them modernise how they manage compliance, operations, and safety.
This is a sales role with clear revenue targets, but success here comes from building trust, understanding complex environments, and delivering real value. You’ll have the autonomy to grow your region, with the support of a collaborative and ambitious team.
This role will involve travel as required to support customer engagement and regional growth.
What you’ll be doing:
* Own and deliver the UK regional growth plan, aligned to revenue targets
* Build and manage a strong pipeline across the UK aviation ecosystem (airports, airlines, ground handlers, and partners)
* Develop relationships and expand your network across the regional aviation sector
* Lead conversations from early engagement through to signed agreements
* Run tailored product demonstrations grounded in real operational challenges
* Create clear, value-led proposals that articulate tangible impact and ROI
* Work closely with marketing and leadership to shape regional sales strategy
* Navigate multiple stakeholders across operations, safety, compliance, and digital teams
