Forward Role is working with a specialist insurance company with a strong B2C focus and a couple of B2B products in the mix.
With over 40 years of success behind them, this business is now scaling fast, backed by serious investment in technology, CRM, and central functions.
They’re on the lookout for their very first CRM Manager, to join a collaborative marketing team of 19. This is a brand-new role where you’ll have the freedom to shape strategy, build out campaigns, and make a real impact from day one.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of CRM strategy
Design and run data-led, personalised campaigns across multiple CRM channels to improve customer engagement and loyalty
Work closely with teams across the business to ensure CRM activity supports wider goals and enhances the full customer journey
Use customer insights and campaign data to track performance, identify trends, and refine future activity
Build and scale a CRM team from the ground up
Lead the rollout of a brand new CRM platform and ensure it is effectively set up, maintained, and continuously optimised
What you will need:
Strong CRM marketing experience, ideally with exposure to platform implementation and campaign optimisation
Skilled in analysing customer data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy
Confident managing change, improving processes, and working across teams to drive results
Proficient in using analytics tools and A/B testing to measure and enhance performance
Able to manage multiple priorities with strong communication and relationship-building skills, B2C and financial services experience a plus
