Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and inspire a team of Stock Condition Surveyors to successfully deliver the annual stock condition survey programme.
2. Validate and quality-assure surveys completed by internal and external resources to ensure accuracy and compliance.
3. Provide technical advice and conduct site surveys where required to support property management activities.
4. Collaborate with colleagues, contractors, and partners to manage and maintain high-quality data sets.
5. Ensure compliance with H&S, fire safety, Decent Homes, Energy Efficiency, and HHSRS requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
6. Recognised building-related qualification or equivalent technical expertise.
7. Proven experience managing and developing a team of Stock Condition Surveyors.
8. Extensive knowledge of building construction, standards, and legislation relevant to social housing.
9. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and housing/property management systems.
10. Exceptional customer service, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
