Office-based role, primarily in Northampton
Salary: £26,000 (fixed, no flexibility)

THE JOB: First point of contact for all customers - B2B and B2C
* Communicating with nurses, medical engineers, and estates managers in hospitals
* Approximately 80% of work will be email-based
* Managing medical equipment deliveries and replenishment
* Handling queries, quotations, parts, and maintenance requests
* Addressing faults and usage issues
