Audit Senior Manager

Overview:
Adele Carr Recruitment is representing a prestigious, people-focused accountancy firm offering an exciting opportunity for an Audit Senior Manager to join their expanding teams in Leeds or Sheffield. The firm values quality, inclusion, and individual contribution, encouraging a flexible and supportive work environment.
The Role:
* Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial audit clients.
* Lead and coach junior team members and oversee workflow.
* Prepare accounts, corporation tax returns, and support with occasional management accounts, VAT, and personal tax.
* Advise on complex accounting issues under UK GAAP/FRS102 standards.
* Build strong client relationships and deliver outstanding client service.
About You:
* ACA, ACCA, ICAS, CA or CIPFA qualified, with post-qualification audit experience.
* Strong leadership, project management, and technical skills.
* Experience with IFRS and larger audits is advantageous.
* Confident, proactive, and passionate about delivering quality.
