Overview
The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively and cooperatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families. Assist in the management and organisation of their clinical area and participating in the education, development and supervision of other staff members.
Main duties
We are presently recruiting for Registered Nurses to join our nurse Bank in North Wales within our District General Hospitals and Community Hospitals.
