A leading care provider who specialise in Domiciliary Care and Extra Care are looking for an Extra Care Scheme Manager to join their team.
About the role
A permanent contract working full time, 40 hours per week.
As Registered Manager, you will provide leadership, administration, care, and people management functions. You will be required to maintain the operations of the service at the standard agreed and within the financial budget or other parameters set.
Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and management for the Extra Care Scheme.
* Maintain service operations to the agreed standard and within budget.
* Oversee care delivery and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications
* Driving licence (preferred)
* Extra Care Experience (Essential)
* CQC Registration or willing to work towards getting CQC Registration
* Efficient, organised and experienced care professional
* Passionate about providing the best care
