Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Operations & Logistics Manager, located in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Operations & Logistics Manager will oversee supply chain and logistics processes, manage inventory levels, coordinate procurement activities, and ensure seamless operations. The role will include managing vendor relationships, optimizing logistical processes, ensuring efficient customer service, and meeting project deadlines to support business performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated proficiency in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management to oversee and optimize workflow and distribution processes
* Experience in managing Inventory levels and developing efficient inventory control strategies
* Strong capabilities in Customer Service and delivering exceptional client experiences
* Expertise in Procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and supplier relationship management
* Proven leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track and enhance operational performance
* Previous experience in the manufacturing, maritime, or automotive industries is an advantage
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
