We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, caring, and fun-loving individuals to support children and young people with a range of additional needs—including autism, complex needs, and Angelman Syndrome. You’ll be helping the young people learn independent life skills, explore new activities, and enjoy every day living. Supporting young people one-to-one or in small groups Encouraging independence through daily routines and life skills Getting stuck into fun activities: from arts & crafts to park days and sensory play Creating safe, positive, and engaging environments Building strong, trusting relationships with the young people and their families Energetic, patient, and ready to have fun Passionate about making a difference Confident in supporting young people with autism, complex needs, or communication differences A great communicator (verbal or non-verbal!)
