As we prepare for our UK launch, we’re looking for a student support in London to be part of this exciting journey. You’ll work closely with our Customer Care Specialists and Country Manager, take on responsibility from day one, and help design and optimize our customer service processes as we grow.
Tasks
Responsibilities
* Communicate with our customers via chat, email, and phone
* Help create process documentation and service guides
* Collect and share customer feedback with internal teams
* Propose improvements to the customer journey based on insights
* Take on additional projects typical of a fast-growing start-up
Requirements
* Enrolled as a student for at least 2 more semesters
* Empathetic, positive, and communicative
* Passionate about pets (dogs & cats) and able to relate to pet owners
* Organized, proactive, and a great team player
Bonus points if you:
* Are studying Law or Veterinary Science, which supports understanding claims and pet health topics
* Have copywriting skills, especially for crafting clear, empathetic customer communication
