Office Administrator – Permanent Position Location: Worcester Company: Nationally Established Firm TAY Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator for a permanent role with a well-established national company based in Worcester. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain and update trackers and spreadsheets * Coordinate between offices and update clients on job statuses * Accurately record and follow up on incoming work requests * Manage multiple inboxes and report to management * Use software such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Sage to produce documents and maintain databases * Devise and maintain office systems and databases * Liaise with internal departments and external contacts Ideal Candidate Profile: * Experience in Construction or Engineering Administration preferred * Proficiency in Sage (ideally Sage 200), Eque2, or Evision * Strong Excel skills * Good understanding of invoicing and purchase order processes * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Discretion and respect for confidentiality Benefits: * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Pension scheme * Free parking * Private medical and dental insurance (after 3-month probation) Interested?
