With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Facilities Management contractor who is looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee soft services based in Cornwall. Our client oversees a multimillion-pound facilities management contract in Cornwall and is looking for a Contracts Manager to deliver their soft services. You will need to have previous experience in facilities management, specifically in soft services.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team over multi-site locations
* Lead a scheduling team, managing daily delivery
* Weekly, monthly reporting on contract progress
* Review contracts, drive KPIs in line with SLA
* Maintain and develop the client relationship
* Manage contractors and directly employed staff teams
Qualifications and experience
* Experience in leading a soft service facility
* Level 3 in management
* IOSHH certified
* Experienced people manager
* Experience of using a CRM system
* Excellent written, communication and negotiation skills
* Good financial acumen
* Full Driving licence
