The Role
As an Anaesthetic Practitioner, you will:

Provide anaesthetic support for a range of surgical procedures.

Work closely with the theatre team and wider multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient pathways.

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based, and safe care to all patients.

Support clinical governance, quality improvement, and adherence to professional standards.

Contribute to the development of service standards and patient care initiatives.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:

NMC/HCPC registration as a Practitioner.
*
Post-registration qualification in anaesthetic practice.
*
Practical experience within anaesthesia in a theatre environment.
*
Knowledge of clinical governance, patient safety, and evidence-based practice.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and colleagues.
