Key Responsibilities
* Handle a varied caseload of personal injury claims, including serious and complex matters.
* Prepare and manage CICA applications and liaise with clients, experts, and counsel.
* Provide clear advice to clients and fee earners, ensuring the highest standards of client care.
* Draft pleadings, witness statements, and legal correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Contribute to the growth and reputation of the team through business development and mentoring junior colleagues.
Requirements
* Qualified solicitor with strong experience in personal injury claims.
* Excellent communication and client care skills.
