Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in the interior fit-out/construction industry.
Responsibilities include:
* Reading and taking off from architectural drawings and BIM models.
* Undertaking site visits as required.
* Producing estimates and quotes for the full scope of work.
Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will be an experienced estimator with a demonstrated history in the interior fit-out/construction sector.
They should possess strong communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, suppliers, and project teams. Ability to quantify materials for procurement, develop scopes of work from designs, and manage multiple quotes efficiently are essential.
The ideal candidate will be commercially aware, dynamic, and preferably have hands-on experience working in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail is crucial.
