Job Title: Senior Social Worker – Family Support & Protection TeamLocation: London Borough of Tower HamletsSalary: £32.00 – £39.00 per hour (depending on experience)Contract Type: Ongoing, Full-Time (35 hours per week)
Overview: This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Social Worker within the Family Support & Protection Team in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Role Summary: As a Senior Social Worker, you will manage cases involving children on Child in Need (CIN) and Child Protection Plans. Experience with court work, including both private and public law, is highly beneficial. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and ensure that children remain at the centre of all decision-making. This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two office days per week alongside home working and direct visits.

What You Will Do:
* Manage cases of children on Child in Need and Child Protection Plans
* Conduct direct visits and attend meetings to support children and families

* Ensure child-centred practice in all assessments and decision-making
