Responsibilities

* As a Support Worker, you will provide essential support to individuals in both our Younger & Older Adults Units within our clients care home. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Supporting with meals and monitoring liquid intake
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Promoting independence and well-being
* Observing & monitoring the resident’s general wellbeing, reporting & co-ordinating with other staff members


What We’re Looking For

* A caring, compassionate, and reliable attitude
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous care experience is essential – full training will be provided
* Right to work in the UK
* Ideally working towards or hold an SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
* An Understanding of National Care Standards and Codes of Conducts
* Ability to always maintain confidentiality
* SSSC Registration or willingness to register within the specified timescale
