Daily Rate: £90–£105/day | Contract: Temp-to-perm | Start: ASAP
A specialist provision in central Wakefield is looking for a Behaviour Support Mentor to work with pupils aged 11–19 who have social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.
Key duties:
* Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils at risk of exclusion
* Provide de-escalation and behaviour management strategies
* Support academic and vocational activities
* Act as a mentor and role model
